Nigeria's Victor Moses on target - Chelsea 3 Leicester City 0

Nigerian international, Victor Moses, was on target as Chelsea beat the champions, Leicester City, in the early kick off of week 8 of the English Premier League (PL).

Today’s victory becomes the second consecutive and a clean sheet for Antonio Conte’s side. Chelsea started off well with a goal by striker Diego Costa in the seventh minute of the game.

After 33 minutes, Chelsea doubled their lead through Belgian international, Eden Hazard. The player went round goalie Schmeichel before hitting the ball into an empty net. The first half ended with the 2 goal lead.

Moses’ goal was registered on the 79th minute of play as the Nigerian striker exchanged passes with defender Chalobah before slotting past the Leicester goal keeper.

The victory lifts Chelsea to fifth place on the league log with other matches being played across the league. Arsenal plays Swansea, Bournemouth play Hull City and Manchester City play Everton in some Saturday fixtures.

Stoke City versus Sunderland, West Brom versus league leaders, Tottenham and Crystal Palace against West Ham (in the late Saturday kick off) completes Saturday games.

Middlesbrough meets Watford, Southampton and Burnley also play on Sunday. The last and biggest fixture of the week is on Monday night and pits Manchester United and Liverpool at Anfield.
